I would recommend a every other day feeding very lightly we feed a varied diet of cyclopeeze , pellets and flake .... I know you did not ask about this but use caution with the 2 damsels as they can be very agressive to new addetions and each other :mrgreen:

Island it is hard to say with the photo but placement seems ok could she move the power head to the front of the tank for a temp position that would constantally blow over them she may need to adjust the flow to a lower setting hopefully others will have some ideas for you

I dont think that the give it a color code # ....try mixing your own from some paint in the "model car" section of walmart it is called testors paint ...very easy to mix..... or take the hood to a home depot or lowes for them to do a color anylis for a better match even a maco or car repair...
