I say to stay away from all angels in a reeftank, they are just too unpredictable when it comes to coral biting. I also think a nano is just too small for angels. JMO, Skip

On my computer the color looks off but it looks like an aiptasia to me. They will retract when you mess with them so you can't rule it out because of that.

The overflow would be fine as long as you don't plan on using a return pump that will exceed its capacity. There are better skimmers out there than the Seaclone but it will work, I would go with am AquaC Remora w/ a MaxiJet 1200 myself. Here is a link to the skimmer I am talking about...
