I kinda new to this and initially I tried to razor blade but with the rock it seem tedious. I'm also worried that I'll squeeze the individual polyp too hard while doing it. Any advice on the art of doing so?

Hi guys I just got these softies that look similar to my green star polpys but purple with green dot centers. It's easy to frag the green stars because the mat they're on, but the daisy polyps grow on the rock I got it on in a sphagety like fashion. eww! How do you frags them? On thought I...
