Yea, 9 gallons is far too small for even one clown, never mind 2! Good luck with the nano, it's a very fun and rewarding hobby. Stick around this forum, you'll find a lot of very helpful information here.

DIY AC 70 fuge
I did this, and it works great! I used a 2.5 gallon Minibow hood that I had lying around, and modified to work as a hood/light for the refugium.
