I've always found it useful to find liverock that had interesting shapes. The more nooks and crevices the rock had the better. I would recommend that you find rock that isn't so...solid...I seem to have better luck working with smaller pieces than I do with larger ones. But it's looking...

Leaffish, it's not necessarily directed towards the bubble or to implicate that you didn't acclimate properly...but it's very easy to buy the equipment for a drip acclimation tub, it will really help reduce the acclimation shock. Just buy a tub...those valves for air tubing, and some air...

If you're going to double the tank's capacity, chances are you're almost doubling the sand as well and/or rock. Your chances of your tank cycling with new sand and LR are very high, I highly recommend that you separately cycle the 20 gallon first before anything else. Just put in the dead sand...
