I have a lot of things in my tank that look like aiptasia anomones (I will get a picture soon just to make sure). I read that redlegged hermit crabs eat them, is this true?

Well so far I have noticed a few things alive in this tank some worms and what I think is a pod. Also some wierd growths on the rocks, but I don't know what they are. Anyways, this is the result of me rearranging the rocks a few times and It will most likely change again. Tell me what you all think.
