or the aquapod 24g-070w-mh hqi are these ok for clams?and do you need a refugium

i was looking at this model the finnex 20g with the 150w mh 10k hqi + 2x 18pc actinics is that ok?

i will look into the aquapod as would like a clam in it,there would only be acouple of fish ie a bi blenny a royal gramma and shrimp
