I just ordered a JBJ Blue Actinic Light. It arrived in one piece. My question is this; Are blue Actinics supposed to look blue. Out of the box, this light looks very white to me, wheras on all the website images, it shoes a blue bulb. Need clarification, thanks. This is for a 12 gallon nano.
