can i use water from 100gal tank? live rock from tank also? my 100 gal tank has live rock etc, lots of coraline on rock substrate etc.. or should i cycle new nano? im using VHO lighting, im guessing i cannot use vho in nano. what would be good lighting for corals and fish. not looking to...
