Cheap and easy way is to use kalkwasser and make a water paste just like joe's juice. Works 100% as long as you can slowly fill their mouth full of the paste! Same as joe's juice but alot cheaper!

Can anyone give me their experience on name brand HQI DE bulbs? So far after research I'm headed for a phoenix 250 watt 14k blub. The close rival to getting great reviews was the Ushio 14k... Any other contenders especially if it can help the wallet situations. And can anyone tell the diffrence...

Mike, I read its good to replace them any where from 8-12 months. Pending on what your keeping... 8 months if there are SPS and 12 if there are softies... so I'd say 10 months if you have both...
