What is than under the shrooms in the lower right hand corner?

my 5.5 just started 2 weeks ago. I am thinking about busting it down to a 2.5 custom pico. Making a hood and base for it.

Many of the older 12 gal Cubes have been having that problem. Balast issues. My LFS has 4 of their display Cubes open with MH lights hanging over them right now while the hoods have been sent to JBJ for repair. Your best bet I am told ,would be to contact JBJ do see what they will do for you...

You might also try using a magnifing glass...i have had good shots in the past using one. -Eco

Well the cube normaly fits all the needed stuff in a single unit. So even thought it can be costly depending on where you are...it still might be cheaper than buying all the parts. -Eco

Looks good man...but would there not be a heat issue with the light being right on top with no air gap. I hope that works out for you. -Eco
