I also liked the JBJ stand better than the Aqua Pod stand, so I made a top to fit the Aqua Pod on the JBJ. Let me know what you guys think of the aquascaping and what I should put in the two chambers. I have heard to put LR rubble in one. Should I put it in there loose or in a bag?

I currently have the 12 gallon Aqua Pod by Current. I am looking at upgrading to the 24 gallon Nano Cube. Are the 24 gallon easier to maintain? What are the advantages/disadvantages of the Nano Cube to Aqua Pod? How many more fish can I keep in the 24 gallon? Thanks for the help.

I called Current today and they said mine is their newer version with the Y-type powerhead, so it is not in the recall. That makes me feel a little bit better, but I am really thinking about upgrading to the 24 gallon Nano Cube.

the recall says that if there is a little white sticker with the date on it under the hood then it is exempt from the recall, but mine doesn't have the sticker. I will have to call the recall center on Monday to find out what is going on. I will keep you posted.

I recently set up my 12 gallon AP. I noticed that there is sand moving around and some turbulence at the bottom of the tank. Is this normal?

I have had my 12 gallon Aqua Pod set up for about two weeks. Last weekend I had my first sign of algae growing. It has grown pretty rapidly since. I have 20lbs of sand and 15lbs of cured live rock in it from the start. When am I ready for a cleaning crew? What should I start with?
